Refund & Digital Product Policy

Thank you for shopping with Crafty Marketer. Because the products sold through CraftyMarketer.com are digital downloads, our refund policy differs from policies that apply to physical products.

Please review the information below before making a purchase.

Digital Products

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all products sold by Crafty Marketer are digital products.

No physical product will be shipped.

Digital products may include printable PDFs, digital planners, workbooks, worksheets, templates and other downloadable resources.

Refunds

Because digital products can generally be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, sales are normally considered final once the digital files have been accessed or downloaded.

However, we want you to receive the product you purchased in usable condition.

Please contact us if:

  • You accidentally purchased the same product more than once
  • You received the wrong file
  • A file is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • A download link does not work
  • A product is materially different from its description
  • You experience another technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchase

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the problem, provide a replacement file or, where appropriate, issue a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Change of Mind

Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be copied or retained after download, we generally do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases after the files have been accessed or downloaded.

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing to make sure the product and format are suitable for your needs.

Printable Products

Results from printable products may vary depending on your printer, paper, software and print settings.

Minor differences between colours displayed on a screen and colours produced by a printer are normal and are not generally considered a product defect.

Digital and Hyperlinked Products

Some Crafty Marketer products are designed for use on tablets or with compatible PDF-reading or annotation applications.

Compatibility can vary between devices, operating systems and applications.

Please review any compatibility information provided in the product description before purchasing.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the purchase of a digital planner or PDF does not include third-party software, applications, devices or technical support for those third-party products.

Download Problems

If you’re having trouble accessing your purchase, please contact us before purchasing the product again.

Include your name, email address used for the order and order number, if available. Please do not send payment-card information.

We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the files you purchased.

Unauthorized Sharing

Purchasing a Crafty Marketer digital product does not grant permission to redistribute, resell, share or upload the files for use by others.
